Wedding questions
Do you take the photographs?
Guests take or choose photos on their own phones and upload them to us. We create the keepsakes from those uploads. Photography is not included in this experience.
Do guests have to pay?
No. The agreed wedding experience is pre-paid by you, so guests can enjoy the keepsakes included in your booking without paying on the day.
How quickly are keepsakes ready?
We make keepsakes during your booked session. Collection timing depends on the upload queue, product choice and quantities. We will explain the planned process when arranging your event.
Is everything a 50mm square magnet?
We offer different sizes and shapes. We will discuss the suitable options for your wedding and confirm the exact products and dimensions in your quote.
Can the design match our wedding?
Yes. We can plan a personalised design around your wedding style, including names and a date where suitable. We agree the design before the event.
How many keepsakes are included?
Quantities depend on your package, product choices and booking duration. Share your guest numbers with us and we will confirm the included quantity in your quote.
What if the venue has limited internet access?
Please tell us when you enquire. We will discuss the upload connection and practical arrangements before confirming the event setup.
